Small parcels – big ambitions
Danish Parcel4you has been sending parcels from businesses to consumers across Europe for the last five years. The company started, when the founder Thomas Bloch experienced an increasing amount of companies demanding simpler ways of sending packages.
Obviously, there are many large logistics companies offering the same solution, but the difference is, according to its founder, that Parcel4you focuses on smaller packages for end-users and has a large network, that includes not only the large, global logistics companies:
Having an extensive network of contacts throughout the world is a key to offering the best solutions for our customers. Often, the major international logistics companies cannot offer these tailored solutions, when it comes to sending to end-users through local operators, explains Thomas Bloch.
We can given our extensive network, experience and knowledge about the number of different solutions and services, find the best shipping method based on the customer’s specific requirements.
– Thomas Bloch
The company has entered into a partnership with B2C Europe, which is represented in most of Europe, USA and China. Thomas Bloch has high expectations for this particular cooperation:
” We are proud, that we, through our partnership with B2C Europe can now offer the webshops access to the most competitive shipping and return solutions across Europe. We can ensure access for customers to more than 100,000 pickup locations throughout Europe. Through this network we are able to create the connection to a national network of suppliers, that include Royal Mail, La Poste, Correos, PostNL, bpost, AnPost, Poste Italiane, Hungary Post, Deutsche Post, Hermes, Yodel and many others.”
The network is however, according to Thomas Bloch, not the only reason to choose Parcel4you. The company also offers a straightforward and user-friendly IT platform, where customers can upload their shipments, download reports and print return labels, that can be attached to orders:
” The system means, that we can save the need for large investments in IT and integration for our customers and rapidly boost their export sales with just a single data interface. This in turn provides access to B2C distribution and return solutions in Europe.”
Room for everyone
Parcel4you customers include both large and small businesses and individual E-bay sellers from around the world. While the numerous customers are very satisfied with Parcel4you’s service, the company is not resting on its laurels:
” We are seeing increasing demand for complete solutions, especially from small and medium-sized online shops, that wish to outsource the entire process. Parcel4you will therefore soon be able to handle the whole chain from picking to shipping. To meet these increasing demands, we moved into new premises in June. Here we have a 300 m2 warehouse, from which we can also now handle fulfillment services for customers.”
In addition, this year, Parcel4you has established a subsidiary in Poland, which the company has great expectations for.
